USPS will be raising their international shipping rates beginning January 27, 2013. To help with the higher shipping costs for orders being shipped outside US territories (not including military addresses), we are now offering a new promotion just for you. You will receive a 10% store credit of your product total (after all discounts and coupon codes). This discount will be automatically applied to your account and available for your next purchase. You must have an account set up on our website to receive this credit. Customers who check out as a "Guest" will not be eligible for this promotion. During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. 

All international orders will calculate shipping based on size and weight of the order. This is due to the wide variety of products we sell.  Many orders we will be able to save you money by using flat rate options from the US Postal Service (USPS). 
 
Due to time differences we only contact international customers through email. Please add the email address erin@ndient.com to your address to book to make sure that you receive all the information about your order. Customers in US territories (Bermuda, Puerto Rico, St. John, St. Croix, St. Thomas) will also be contacted by email for shipping information.

We ship First Class International and Priority International through the United States Post Office. Below is information about the cost of shipping outside the United States.

First Class International: the cost is based on the weight of the package so it depends on what you order. This option costs less but is not as fast as Priority. There is no way to track the package and insurance cannot be purchased for First Class International.

Priority International: the cost is based on the weight of the package so it depends on what you order. This option costs more but is faster than First Class International. You also get a tracking number (except on flat rate envelopes) and can choose to purchase insurance. We also use Priority Flat Rate Boxes and Envelopes to help save you money on the postage.

NDI Enterprises, Inc. dba Crafter's Vision is not responsible for any duty or customs fees.  This is the sole responsibility of the customer receiving the product.

Please note that once we ship the package we are no longer responsible for the package or the items shipped inside the package. We have no control over shipping companies or customs departments and cannot receive any information other than what a tracking number can show on the website.
