I usually just purchase my ribbon from CV, but I tried a little something new after reading a recent email message from you. And I'm happy to report: I'm THRILLED with the fabric packs. I can't believe how awesome the fabric Ive received so far has been. It's like Christmas to open up the package and see what special little goodies have been sent to me. I'm tempted to keep them a secret from crafter-friends so I can hog all the cool fabric to myself, but I couldnt help myself and told several friends about it.
I so appreciate the fact that you always try and find the least expensive shipping method, AND even refund an overpayment. Awesome. That generally just doesnt happen.

I just wanted to send a note to tell you absolutely pleased I am with my last purchase and shipping time. We are currently stationed in Germany, and it is a bit on the difficult side to find anyone who will ship to APO/FPO boxes. I was so excited when I discovered Crafter's Vision will ship to me! I placed my first order with ya'll back in February when we still lived in the states. I placed my latest order on a Thursday and had it on Monday. I just wanted to say I love shopping with yall. Your workers have always gone over and beyond to help me with anything I need. Just last week I check again to see if a certain Michael Miller and Alexander Henry fabric was in and I called and Aly was so gracious to call and check to see if yalls shippment had gone out. Then when it came in they sent me an email so I was able to get the fabric within 2 business days it was at my house even with the 4th of July. Also I love how you give us an option for shipping and if it is cheaper you guys always give us the money back that it did not cost to ship the item. You guys are great! I was panicking about my "teacher gifts" because I had used all my key-chain fob tips. I went to order them on Sunday and realized I didn't want to pay for express shipping on such a small item, so I requested them regular mail and planned on dismantling a few extra keychains I had already made so I could use the hardware.
